We head up from The Star along High Street, turn left up Wheston Bank and then take the right turn onto the gravel track towards Water Lane. At the end of this track, turn left onto Water Lane; and at the end of Water Lane turn right towards Peak Forest for approx 0.9 miles, before turning left down the farm track (take care further down on this track, due to the steep gradient and rocks). Follow the track to the right and back up to the main road, where we will turn left and take the next left turn towards Wheston. We then head through Wheston and continue along Wheston Bank back to The Star.
