Tideswell Inter Inns 5K

A 5k Road Race – Tideswell to Litton & Back

Every year, during Tideswell Wakes Week (normally late June), the club holds a timed 5k road race called “The Inter Inns 5K”.

This years event is on Monday 24th June at 7pm

The race starts at The Star Inn, heads out of Tideswell along the main road, turning right before The Anchor, down into Litton where you turn around at The Red Lion and returns along the same route, finishing at the Horse & Jockey.

There are prizes for all the age groups. The first runner from TRC will receive the Robin Gregory Memorial Cup.

You can enter online (Fabian4 – link to follow) by 23rd June. Or enter on the day from 6pm outside the Star.
Please leave plenty of time to register, if entering on the day.
The entry fee is £5 and you can register on the day between 6pm and 6.45pm.
Race starts at the Star Inn and finishes at the Horse & Jockey.
Limited parking in the village, so please car share.
There are no minimum or maximum age requirements as long as the individual is healthy enough to participate.Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at the event by a parent or guardian but the parent or guardian does not have to take part in the run.Therefore, children are allowed to run in the event unaccompanied provided the individual supervising them is happy for them to do so.
