A 5k Road Race – Tideswell to Litton & Back

Every year, during Tideswell Wakes Week (normally late June), the club holds a timed 5k road race called “The Inter Inns 5K”.

This year entry will be Online only for non-locals and use Timing Chips. Entries open 1st April 2026: CLICK HERE TO ENTER ONLINE

This years event is on Monday 22rd June at 7pm

The race starts at The Star Inn, heads out of Tideswell along the main road, turning right before The Anchor, down into Litton where you turn around at The Red Lion and returns along the same route, finishing at the Horse & Jockey.

Entry online only for Non-Locals £7 entry fee
Timing chips to be collected from outside the George Inn from 5.45pm (200 metres from the start). What3words: thighs.ruling.interval
Race starts at the Star Inn and finishes at the Horse & Jockey.
Limited parking in the village, so please car share.
There will be water at the finish but please bring your own cups, we are trying to reduce plastic.
Age limit is from 12 upwards. Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at the event by a parent or guardian but the parent or guardian does not have to take part in the run.Therefore, children are allowed to run in the event unaccompanied provided the individual supervising them is happy for them to do so.
Locals are defined as residents of Tideswell or Litton
